Part A: Shipping Policy
1. Shipping destinations
We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and worldwide (subject to customs and import restrictions for food products).
2. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays)
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

4. Customs and import duties (international orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes

5. Lost or damaged in transit
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date
We will file a claim with the carrier and either replace the product or issue a refund
6. Incorrect shipping address
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be charged for re-shipping
Part B: Returns & Refund Policy
1. Our 30-day return policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for physical products (kitchen tools, cookware, packaged food items).
2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:
Products must be unused and in original packaging
Food products: must be unopened and sealed (for hygiene and safety reasons)
Kitchen tools: must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags/labels
Non-returnable items:
Digital content (video courses, downloads) – once accessed, no refund
Perishable food items that are opened
Hygiene-related items (e.g., cutting boards, knives) if opened
3. How to request a return
Email us at support@cook-mag-media.com with:
Order number
Product name(s)
Reason for return (with photos if damaged)
We will provide a return shipping address
Pack the item securely and ship it back (at your cost unless the item is faulty)
4. Refund process
Once we receive and inspect your return (within 5–7 business days), we will notify you
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Stripe, Wise, or PayPal)
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider
5. Restocking fee
No restocking fee for standard returns
6. Return shipping costs
Customer pays return shipping unless:
The item was faulty or damaged
We sent the wrong item
In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs
7. Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
Contact us within 14 days of delivery
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
Part C: Digital Content Refund Policy
1. No refund on accessed digital content
Due to the nature of digital products (video courses, downloadable recipes), we do not offer refunds once the content has been accessed or downloaded.
2. Exception – technical issue
If you cannot access your purchased course due to a technical error on our side (e.g., broken link, server issue), we will:
Fix the issue and grant access, or
Issue a full refund if we cannot resolve the issue
3. Pre-access cancellation
If you purchase a digital course but have not accessed or downloaded any content, you may cancel within 14 days under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and receive a full refund.
